Automatic Computer Controlled Cardboard Production Line-Slitter and Scorer

Used for the slitting and scoring of formed cardboard production line.

Characteristics:

1.The machine is equipped with blade-cooling device and blade-grinding mode (manual/automatic) changing device.  The grinding time can be fixed according to paper cutting length or time.

2.The problem of cracking or braking cardboard is overcome.

3.Cutting precision: ±0.5mm.

4.Min. blade distance: 160mm; Min. scorer distance: 75mm.

5.Equipped with tiny adjustment electro-motion device, to move the whole machine transversely, the range: ±70mm.

6.Scorer device is controlled by frequency conversion controlled, can automatic follow the speed of production.

7.New type supporting roller for blades is combined with separation-discs in series, to prevent blade striking, be convenient to maintain.

8.Adopt exported precise ball silk rod to drive special in alternating controlling, which makes the movement smoother, and the localization more correct.

9. The order saving is limitless, and the specification can be changed automatically.

10.The whole machine breakdown diagnosis system leads in China. The system can analyze general problems and propose corresponding solutions. It can also produce special codes for a distance diagnosis according to breakdown condition.

11.Orders can be changed automatically in 3-8 seconds.

12.Computerized automatic adjustment and manual adjustment are available.

13.Electric synchronism adjustment of the space and the depth of the pressing line.

14.Lift of the separating blade and the pressing line wheel is air-driving and easy to be operated.

15.Max. width of cardboard area: 1400mm-2800mm.
